Learn How to Buy a Bow

There are a wide variety of bows and it can be confusing to understand what you need and where to find it. We can help! This class starts with a discussion on bow styles/uses, then moves on to finding your specific measurements. We also incorporate hands on learning with many different styles of bows at different draw weights. After this class, you'll know what to look for in your next bow. This seminar is open to new archers and anyone wanting to know more about bow buying.

The Right Bow for Your Goals

What would you like to do with your bow? Are you interested in hunting? Do you enjoy target shooting? Would you like to compete in tournaments? Or maybe you want to enjoy archery as simple recreation? We can help you understand the types gear best suited for your goals.

Arrows and Accessories

Arrows are complex and can easily be the topic of a whole series of classes. We will get you up to speed with the basics. You'll learn about the parts of an arrow, how to read an arrow spine chart, when you would use different kinds of arrows, and where you can purchase them.

Time for Q & A

This class is scheduled for 3 hours and capped at 15 students. We may not need the whole session, but we want to make sure we have ample time to answer student questions. Both Coaches shoot several styles of bow and will be available for Q&A.
